Red Velvet Cake

I heared so much about Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting that I had to try that! ofcourse homemade is always better so we made it ourselfs ( well Ann did and I and Brenna helped;))


So first you mix butter and sugar and eggs. They use the cup system here, I love it! it is so much easier, 2 cups of this, 2 sticks of butter etc.. way beter then 250 gram of this etc;) but anyway;) mix everything togheter and add flower and cocoa powder


after that you stur 2 tablespoons of red foodcoloring with buttermilk


after that you bake them, let them cool and make the frosting


Frost the cakes and eat;) mmmh

    Hij ziet er heerlijk uit, (net als al die andere lekker ijsjes, koffies etc, YUM!!!!) was de cake net zo goed als dat ie eruit ziet?
